The verification phase is much faster now hitting upwards of 100MB/s, which is my microSD card's max rating for read speed. Massive improvement.Īfter using GParted or KDE Partition Manager my speeds are generally around 20MB/s for the first 25% of a download, then 8-16MB/s for the next 60%, then back up to 20MB/s for the last 15%.
It took me 10-12hrs to download God of War. What lead me to use GParted and KDE Partition Manger was that after using the built-in Game Mode Format Tool I was getting downloads that would cycle from around 4-8MB/s down to 0MB/s, then back to 4-8MB/s and back down to 0MB/s.
